OP you need to take your yorkie to a vet to find out where the blood may have come from. Most of the time you can see a spay scar, but sometimes they are hard to see. IF she is in heat, you will be able to see that her vulva is swollen. If you cannot tell, certainly the vet can. It also could be from bladder stones. Either way, I would have a vet check her out.
