Today's vent: credit card companies and online bill pay!
One of my credit cards payment deadline is today. Lo & behold I couldn't log onto my account to e-pay because they need me to activate a new card that I have not yet received in the mail! After speaking to 3 different customer care reps they finally processed my payment. I had to ask them to waive the pay-by-phone fee because I simply had no choice!
