I used diatomaceous earth on my two when we had a flea outbreak last year, but I found when I didn't apply it daily... The fleas would be back. It is natural, and it works... but you have to be diligent and apply it daily.
I now use Advantix II and haven't seen a single flea. I also am treating the cats (with something else... can't remember) and couldn't be happier. For me, I like natural... but it also needs to last longer than a day to be worth it. |
