If the Bordatella was intranasal, a little may have gone to her lungs. That can take a bit to show up, and may have cleared on it's own. Many dogs are having problems with it... it comes as an injection too, and I've heard better results with it. To be safer, the Bordatella and the Lepto (if repeated) both need to be given on separate visits, a month apart from any other vaccines. Usually DAPP is fine as it's all one (without the Lepto is preferable) although a few dogs have had problems with it too.
