I think that you need to spay your Yorkie and enjoy her as a pet. If she has already had one litter then your fears of her having reproductive issues later in life are finished and you will further reduce those chances by a large percentage once you have her spayed. What does she weigh?
BTW, it does sound like you have quite a large pack of dogs in your home. I'm curious why you chose a user name of PackOf1.
