It would probably help to bypass the vet & go straight to the Ortho with him. One thing you can do too is, usually the spray bottle with the disinfectant they use on the exam table is rite on the counter, I ALWAYS spray down the table the minute I walk into the exam room myself as I am OCD about that & Don't be embarrassed to ask the vet to wash his hands before touching your baby, your vet should understand your concern about this.
