I've been using Vet Solutions Ear Cleansing Solution for almost 2 years now and love it... my vet sells it as well and highly recommends it, however I order thru amazon because of the lower price. It last a REALLY long time and smells wonderful. Super easy too, just pour directly in each ear, massage, and then let your baby shake out the excess. I also like that it is self drying and acidify's so it takes out excess moisture. There's no need to wipe it out. I do this weekly before her bath, and have NEVER had any problems with her ears, smelly or otherwise. In fact, when snuggling her, I can't keep my nose out of her ears I say if the vet gives a clean bill of ear health, then give it a shot.
