Hi and welcome to Yorkie Talk! I think it will take a few nights or a week to let her settle in properly. If you just reassure her that you are coming back and then she will see that you do, it will get better. Start off with the crate in your room and slowly move it more and more away. Also a favorite stuffed toy and treat will help. It will get easier and better.
