Thanks but its definitely when the neighbor uses their fireplace. If my Dad pets Georgie he smells like cigarette smoke since my Dad smokes. Georgie usually smells great but I can always tell when the neighbor is using the fireplace or someone that smokes pets him. I am also strange and have a crazy sense of smell (especially since I was pregnant with my 4 year old skin son).
