Nope - contacted animal control so they could back me up if this ever does turn ugly and they try to take me to court over it, they said to wait 72 hrs and if no contact was made even without my contract they forfiet any rights to the dog. So I gave it 72 hrs as they advised and no contact was ever made with me or animal control. So my volunteer that picked him up and was holding him for me requested to become his new mommy - and I gladly granted her request. He will now be going to Doggy Scout Camp, sharing his life with another rescue IG and their papilion "brother", spending his days in daycare, her dogs have it good! He couldn't have gotten a better forever home - and so quickly!
