Our vets thought Nicky had IBS and I had him on meds for that until they diagnosed him with Pancrititis
I took Nicky for a second opinion for the Pancrititis, but I was told essentially that he would have to be going through an episode to absolutely know for sure. I don't want to deliberately put Nicky through that pain in order to make sure it it Pancrititis.
It's so frustrating
Nicky had the same symptoms as your baby, but he was in lots of pain, I could tell. Poor baby, I hope your baby feels better soon
