to me this rule is frustrating, I imagine it is in place to keep tools from coming on her jacking people around or members that are booted off from returning under a new name to resume a fight, but when you have a legitimate new OP needing help it's maddening. Perhaps in place of showing the post, it could read "new member, this post is under review", then poeple on the thread might understand what was going on.
