I think we all forget that when someone new joins many of their posts are held for several hours and even a day, which makes it confusing to those trying to help because when they ask the new OP a question even though they type the response it does not post, then when it does show up, the post is the original spot which IMHO really confuses thread followers. I know why Admin does this but so often new people come on here really needing quick help but this post delay policy makes that hard and angers members willing to help. I have been on a lot of "topic" related forums and this is the only one that does that.
