Hallelujah, get yourself a jar and don't go out to dinner one night this weekend, stay in & eat a sandwich (or bowl of cereal or whatev...) and put $20 in your jar. Don't rent a dvd this weekend either and put another $5 in the jar. Skip a coffee on your way to work this week...add another few dollars to the jar. Do this with everything your willing to go without for a few months...and soon, you'll have enough for your yorkie. |
I wanted to put Nancy's WONDERFUL, APPROPRIATE last line in my response, as well as YOUR first paragraph in your above quote....my computer skills stink so I cant do that......but you BOTH have hit the nail squarely on the head!!! I certainly do hope the OP takes this advice to heart....and then continues to save, so she can provide medical care if needed. As we all know, the purchase price is only the beginning!!!
