Thank you, D!!! I also read that "some but not all" breeders breed for the runts AND also read some even give their mommy Yorkies Pre-mature C-sections so they can even be smaller. YIKES, that freaked me out for a day or two. Hence, the health issues maybe. I am hoping these breeders are in the minority (and YES, YorkieMom1, I KNOW this does not apply to you!!!!). You wouldn't waste your time on a Yorkie forum discussing the care of Yorkies if this were the case.
