Oh...I somehow missed that little detail...lol You poor thing! I would be going mad! I remember the Saturday we picked up Brody...I was riveted to the counting of minutes til the appointed time the call was supposed to come...and almost in a state of panic when it wasn't on time...lol When I knew I was going to see if Mia was a good fit for Brody, it was pretty much the same...wanting to fast-forward time. lol So, I can definitely relate!

There was a doctor, a surgeon in fact, who attempted to climb mount everest...he froze his hands and his nose so bad that they had to be amputated. I don't recall if they were able to do anything for his hands but I DO know that they regrew him a nose on his forehead!
Then turned it around and transplanted it on his face in the proper place when it was the right size! Medicine is AMAZING...but I do not expect to have Willi's ear spontaneously grow back. LOL! It's okay..I think it makes him even cuter!
As for the waiting...it's EXCRUCIATING!! AND! I have not had final communication from the rescue that they were actually able to get Willi from the Foster last night like they were going to so I don't really know yet whats' going on!! :'(
