yeah, it may take him awhile to get adjusted to his new home and get on a regular potty schedule.
Dogs usually have to poo soon after eating.
If you feed him on a schedule it will be easier to figure when
he has to go.
It just takes some time but you will get to know all his habits. It will make things easier
