Hi,

I read the free pdf that was linked in this forum, and she talked about only feeding through reward, so not putting a bowl of food down at all.

If I were to try this method, how do I know how much I can feed my yorkie?

Do I just measure out the cup of food, and then use that as treats over the day?

Has anyone tried it?
