I'm sorry your going through what your going through, really I am; however, your precious little baby MUST be seen by a vet ASAP. Honey, no matter what, that poor little baby is dehydrated, based on what your saying. They tell you to put her to sleep? Tell them no and that you want her treated for the acute problem at hand=diarrhea and dehydration.

Also, I don't know "from here" what is going on with your pup, I wish I did, but if the vets are telling you that she is terminally ill and needs relief...you need to make sure that your pup is not suffering, she is depended on you for her care, whatever that may be. Please, regardless of anything, have that poor pup seen immediately.
