It's not that I'd "expect to get" the "full background and/or registration papers" on every dog at a rescue, given the conditions under which some are surrendered. But, I thought that if they were available, it may enhance the changes of the dog being adopted, especially a puppy, as many mixes look like yorkies as puppies but do not as adults.
