So are my boys, if they knew it had pineapple in it, they wouldn't eat it. In fact, for years they wouldn't even taste it because it had "carrots." I would say that this is spicy enough to hide the taste of any vegetable or fruit. I guess it depends if he likes spices like cloves and cinnamon.
