We will all be thinking of Newf tomorrow. The anesthesia that "Alexander" was trying to think of is isoflourene I think. That is what I was told you should make sure they use on these small dogs. I was also warned that some vets don't have assistants during surgery to save costs, but there defintiely needs to be a second person monitoring the anesthesia and the puppie's vitals besides the doctor conducting the surgery. I would just inquire about this.
