Tibbe doesn't run all the time when he's out playing but he'll be out for as long as 2 hours in heat in the 80's or low 90's with a bowl of water in the shade - but I believe I would tell the vet about it and get a time-frame for how long is safe for a nonstop runner to play out in the heat and when to call a halt to it.
