That 7 layer dip is so good. I think enchiladas are great. I use McCormick’s package. I also precook the corn tortillas in hot oil for 30 seconds and drain on paper towels. Filling is part hamburger mixed with sauce and part cheese, with more cheese on top along with black olives and or green onions. You only need to reheat in the oven or the microwave for a short time, since everything is precooked.
