If he wasn't fixed, and I wanted to go through with the whole breeding process (which I don't) I would have no problem breeding him with Baby to try to get another dog like Psilo. Ok, breeders...you're time to cringe. I want to find the best pet, not the best show dog. |
I honestly see both sides to this topic.. I personally do NOt believe that every breeder should just be a show breeder.. I can honestly say that I have seen some yorkies from people that are just strictly breeders and some of them have just as nice quality and sometimes better quality than what I see in the rings! I can honestly say that I did not run into any genetic problems until I started getting into the nicer line dogs..
When I place one of my puppies I want them to be in a loving home rather if they are on limited or unlimited registration.. I do believe that NO dog should have to live it's life in a plastic or wire crate and never be given love.. If I ever found one of my puppies living in a environment of NO human contact, no love and being feed by a free feeder 365 days a year, god help that person! But if you are a reputable breeder you never place a pet puppy in a bad situation let alone a dog on full registration.. I like to sleep at night and I would not be able to if I placed my dogs with anyone (not knowing what kind of person they are) and gave them full registration on top of that..
