I would recommend agianst it. Science diet's formulas first main ingrediant is always corn. when looking for a good food for your dog you want the first ingrediant to always be a meat product. preferrably not a by-product which an include but is not limited to : heads, feet and intestines. ALWAYS look at the first three ingrediants. This will tell you what the food consists mainly of. Corn is not digestible, and some dogs are known to be highly allergic.

I'd recommend:

Nutro Natural Choice
Natures Recipe
Nutro Ultra
Royal Canin
Canidae
