I am sorry poor Tank is going through all of this (and you too). I wanted to offer some advice about the diarrhea. We give both Georgie (Yorkie) and Coco (Boxer) plain non-fat yogurt that naturally contains probiotics with every meal. Probiotics are so good for their digestive system and ours too! Not much just a tsp for Georgie and he hasn't had diarrhea since. I know Tank has been on meds that can cause the diarrhea but try some yogurt in his food. I hope he feels better soon!

PS Our vet has prescribed Flagyl for Georgie in the past for diarrhea.
