for the ones in Oregon, Clackamas Towne Center allows dogs as long as you can carry them. I know this for a fact I was there a few weeks ago w/ Roxy and security said I had to take her out so I said okay then his supervisor walked up and said thats not the malls policy. Dogs cant walk around which I totally understand and would never put her down in a mall anyway. Target kicks me out all the time when she sticks her head out of her carrier.
