mine has a tooth like that,if it dosen't fall out i'm going to have it done when she gets spayed. Strange your vet didn't mention that. Every appointment we've been to they open her mouth to check it out. I think it was your vets responsibility to inform you of this before she got spayed. I can't see her needing dental until a few years, esp where you brush them daily.hopefully they will fall out on their own
