that is why I stoped having a vet doing my litters, because they cut I had my first litter done by the vet my son worked at, at the time and he cut and he told me that they might bleed a little and hand me a bottle of clotisol. when I told my mentor she rolled her eyes and thought my son to do the clamp and twist method, is no blood and my son has been doing that for my litters ever since. so sorry your baby went thru this, keep and eye on them, and hope you have a bottle of clotisol too..
