I have used numerous formulas and none are better than the Esbilac Goats Milk. When you make your own formula, you are likely to accidentally mix something too strong or too weak. This way the formula stays the same. I love the Just Born but it is too strong for some smaller puppies and will cause diarrhea. They do gain quicker with the Just Born. I have used 1/2 Just Born and 1/2 Esbilac Goats Milk. Overall I just stay with the Esbilac Goats.
