Sorry to drop out a bit. Was bedridden most of yesterday due to this hip & been to doc today for shots into the bursa and S-I joint and now I'm ordered to only sit up for no more than 5 mins. x3 daily and bedrest for 2 weeks with exercises in the bed! I can't think of anything worse other than another surgery. Will catch up a bit later when the throbbing lightens up a bit as the deadening from shot is wearing off.
(why is it when I do spellcheck my fonts get so big sometimes?)
