I hope you do as there are always 2 sides to the story. Having worked with the city pound I can tell you many owners cry the blues but then can't find the time, the $$$ whatever to come in and get their dog. I have had to drop everything to rush down and save a Yorkie from being put down because the shelter tried to do everything in its power to save the dog for the owner and all the owner did was give lip service and not show up.

I hope there is not an owner on YT that would not have camped out at the shelter and been there the moment the shelter opened its doors..but then again most of our members would have a license or a micro-chip on their dogs.

I am confused on the hours here because if they told her to come and get the dog then on the first day they knew she was coming but didn't make it, then the shelter was closed and then when she did show up the dog was adopted it almost (hey and I don't know any of the facts here) sounds like she didn't get up there until late again. I mean if they adopted the dog out on the day she was driving up why didn't they tell her or if it wasn't adopted out then, then if she had been there 1st thing in the morning of the day they were open how could the dog be adopted...I don't know, this one is bothering me but I certainly don't have any answers and maybe you can give me a better timeline on events.
