I LOVE Both Orijen and Acana.... but Orijen was Too Rich for Riley and the Acana was putting weight on him, and he was always hungry.... which is why I decided to go with one with a little less Fat and less Calories per cup. He is eating FROMM, now... and Primal Raw in the mornings.
I forget why I never fed Nature's Variety kibble.... I have fed Nature's Variety raw though.

Riley gets two walks in the city each day and an occasional romp and relay around my place with the ball.... or his hide a squirrel, or something.....but other than that, he is a pretty Mellow Yorkie... He is a cuddle bug or just likes chillin' and watching tv. At his first yearly check-up back in September the vet said he needed to lose about a pound. He told me to add a few green beans to his food.... he said they are zero calorie and basically by the time they finish chewing them, they have burned them off.

I bought a mail scale and put him on it every once in a while.... haven't done it in a while. I will do that, first thing in the morning.
