Thanks for all the replies! I think they were just trying to get free pups because my normal vet whose shift was over after they started these ridiculous request told me that they latched on fine but one was being tube fed because she was so weak! Now they won't latch at all? I called another 24hr emergency care and she did not believe they would act like that. After I told her the breed she said they might be trying to keep them or sell them! They agreed to help me and sale me the supplies I will need to tube feed them
