Yes...hermaphrodites. In some species, some fish, for example, having both sexes is a normal condition. There are several ways it can occur in humans and other animals. It is almost the only way you'll get a male calico cat. It is not really all than uncommon in humans either...they may not want to widely advertise their situation, though.
