Stacked cages, no matter how large or small -- presents the appearance of a puppy mill. The only facts that I can be sure of is that the folks here have a whole bunch of stacked cages. I would have to "trust" that any words they speak are true and honest and not just advertising hype and I am simply not that tusting. In order to convince me that all is well, I would visit the kennel multiple times unannounced and see how I am greeted and if I am allowed to visit the furkids. |
