Oh...and as for her labs and the way she is acting. That is always true...you treat the pup, not the labs! As long as you can keep her hydrated and keep her blood sugar up, she should be ok until Monday.

I agree, as always, with ladyjane.
Keep all her tests, labs etc, together and keep them handy incase she worsens, I'm sure your doing the right things, any little improvement IS an improvement!
Just remember if she declines at all, go to an emergency vet...keep trying to get her to eat and drink and keep her stimulated.
I'm glad your getting to the Specialist on Monday, hopefully this will begin the healing for your pup, and for you. I know how stressful these moments are...good luck and keep posting.
