I am sure that you will get some answers from the specialist. Hopefully your Macie will be diagnosed soon and whatever it is treated!!
Oh...and as for her labs and the way she is acting. That is always true...you treat the pup, not the labs! As long as you can keep her hydrated and keep her blood sugar up, she should be ok until Monday.
