Hes misdiagnosed her 2 times already. Im seeing a specialist Monday. First it was bone fragments, then last week she had kidney stones (which I think she does). He FINALLY tested her liver yesterday and it came back high.
Now hes back to possibly thinking its Liver Shunt. I seriously HATE this vet. My boyfriend wants me to sue him, but Im not sure I could actually do that. Seems like a hassle. Im just focused on Macie right now.
I had an appt last week with a specialist, but since I wasnt referred they gave me the run around and I got pushed to the side.
Ive paid this vet $1250 and had Macie sick for a month and still no answers.
I know her blood work is bad right now, but she seems to be doing better. Thats why Im not rushing her to the ER this weekend.
I finally got approved for Care Credit yesterday, so now I dont have to stress so much over the cost of her treatment.
