If the vet said he weight is fine then I bet hes right she just might have a small frame and you don't want to make her over weight. I do think what you are feeding her is not good but maybe try changing the dry first and very slowly if she seems to have a sensitive. I wouldn't use Nutro at all. Try maybe Acana, Blue Buffalo, Fromm or wellness.
