We have alot of cats in our neighorhood also. Some that have homes however they are indoor/outdoor, some outdoor and some strays. Our neighood assoc people catch them and take them to spay/neuter at our local spay/neuter clinic. We have different people that put out food for them. One guy on the street made an outdoor heated room they can go in the winter
