Dear Abi,
I have a question about my brother Jersey. Everyday he runs to the back gate waiting for the neighbors to come out with treats. He loves those neighbors they would let him run in their yard and house. The only problem is that that neighbors moved 1 1/2 years ago. Should Mommy out a big bucket of treats by the gate?
