Default Nervous Nellie, Barky Boo, Hyper Hannah and LICKY LOU

My 9 year old 8 lb Yorkie, Chloe who is a licker as well. Has been licking since I can remember...EVERYTHING. About 6 months ago she came down sick..vomiting and diahrea with some blood in both. Fever To the Vet she went. Had her for 2 days, Iv's and antibiotics. Blood count was elevated as well. Now when this happened she became like paralyzed in the back end. Vet ran barium tests, xrays, blood tests and to no avail. She was better in a couple days and came home and continued on antibiotics for 10 days. 3 months later the same thing, not as bad, but very similar. Back to the vet. More tests and nothing. She seems to get it more and more frequent. She is an awesome loving dog, but is very neurotic and OCD. She is the alpha dog. I also have a 3 year old 4lbs Morkie Mia and she is the opposite end of the spectrum...mellow Mia. Then I have a hound dog, Hooter who comes in just at night. Chloe is the boss of him as well. When I take them out to go potty she has to make sure that she goes on top of where they have went. She even uses the cat box in the garage to make sure she marks it as well. The past few times I have treated her myself.... Pedialyte, Kefer and dog aspirin. Usually in 24 hours she is better. She always has a good appetite until the episodes. I make all of their treats and 90% of their food. Thought maybe the boughten dog food was the problem. I have tried all of the recommended expensive ones. I am at a loss. I have scoured my home for any kind of chemicals. None. I have gone to all natural everything. I supply my house cleaners and floors are done with vinegar and water.
