I completely understand what you're going through. It happened to Kaji and me. We ended up staying because it was Christmas, but Kaji spent the entire evening being shifted from lap to lap (me and my 2 brothers). Kaji was miserable because he wanted to stretch his legs inside the house by he couldn't. Worst part, the lady that didn't want me to bring my "whiny little thing" in the house gave him a Christmas hug. What a hypocrite!!!! (I had asked permission to bring him inside before going too. I got the ok but she apparently changed her mind and failed to tell me)
