I'm confused, is the new girlfriend causing the problem since he never told you he was allergic before? I mean I can understand someone being allergic and asking you not to bring your dog, but the way he spoke to you showed no respect what-so-ever. I choose not to be around people like that, since its family that's so hard; we often have to make exceptions for family. I think your hubby should have a heart to heart with his brother and his brother owes you an apology. So sorry you and Peanut were treated that way.
