You're probably going into pre-menopause. My mom just turned 46 and a couple years ago her doctor told her she was pre-menopausal, with these symptoms. You can go to your doctor and if this is the case, they can give you some solutions, especially if you are experiencing moodiness. I think one of the things he said was Black Cohash.
