It's like air or gas bubbles built up in the tummy. I did have one that had that problem, Per my Vet's advice and the correct dosage that the Vet told me to use. We used the Infant Gas Drops that had the Simethicone in it. The way we found out was we did an abdominal x-ray that showed the gas/air in her system. Do not just go out and buy the drops with out asking your Vet and seeing what they have to say. Has she had a tummy x-ray done at those times you took her in?
