She needs to be seen by the Vet, specially if she is pregnant, it might or not be Pyo, but if is red and very raw looking you need to take her in as a precaution, it can be as simple as a skin problem, just to make sure I will have her look at.. best of luck..

by STD's I gather you mean, tests like Brucellocis right?
