I use yorkie splash and shine, been giving him a bath with it for almost 2 months and never had any problems. I wonder if this would happen if you don't rinse the conditioner really well. I forgot to say I did a semi-rinse with the conditioner but never thought this would be the reason for the dryness and flakiness.
